This site aims at WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Below is what that means in practice here, what is not covered, and how to tell us if something blocks you.

What is built in
- A skip link. Press Tab on any page and the first thing you reach is a link that jumps past the repeated header straight to the content.
- Keyboard operation throughout. Every link, button and control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and focus is always visible rather than hidden.
- One page heading per page, with headings below it in order, so a screen reader’s heading list is a real outline of the page.
- The page language is declared, and the Spanish pages declare Spanish, so a screen reader pronounces them correctly.
- Answers are visible at rest. Nothing on this site hides an answer inside an accordion, a tab or a drawer that has to be opened first.
- Reduced motion is honoured. If your system asks for less motion, the animation on this site stops rather than merely slowing down.
- Touch targets are at least 48 pixels with real space between them, checked by measuring the rendered page at 360, 390, 768 and 1440 pixels wide.
- Nothing scrolls sideways and no text is clipped at any of those widths, checked the same way.
- Text is real text, not pictures of text, so it reflows and rescales when you zoom.
- Photographs carry written descriptions, and decoration is marked as decoration so a screen reader skips it instead of reading it out.
The age check
The door that asks whether you are 21 or older is a real dialogue: it can be reached and answered with a keyboard, both buttons are full-size targets, and it scrolls inside itself so the second button stays reachable on a small screen. It is announced to a screen reader as a dialogue rather than appearing silently.
What is not covered
The live menu is published by Dutchie inside a frame on the menu page. That is another company’s software, and its accessibility is theirs to set, not this site’s to correct. If the menu itself is the barrier, call the store and someone will go through it with you.
This statement describes the website. It does not describe the physical store. Call ahead about the building and someone can tell you what to expect at the door.
