This website sets one cookie, records the fact that you confirmed you are 21 or older, and does nothing else with it. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no account and no form on this site.

The one cookie
When you tap "Yes, I am 21 or older" on the door, this site stores a cookie named bs_age_ok with the value 1. It lasts 30 days, is scoped to this domain, and is sent only to this site. It records that the affirmation happened. It does not contain your age, your date of birth, your name or any identifier, because none of those are collected.
You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Deleting it means the door appears again on your next visit, which is the only consequence.
What this site does not do
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager and no measurement script in this website’s code.
- No advertising or social pixels, and no cross-site tracking.
- No accounts, no logins and no passwords.
- No forms. Nothing on this site asks you to type anything.
- No third-party fonts. The typefaces are served from this site, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a font host.
- No sale or sharing of personal information, because none is collected here.
The live menu is somebody else’s software
The menu is published by Dutchie and embedded on the menu page. Dutchie is a separate company running its own software in that frame, and it may set its own cookies and collect its own information under its own privacy policy, which this store does not control. Any order you place, and anything you type while placing it, happens on Dutchie, not here.

The door’s "No, I am under 21" button sends you to the New York State Office of Cannabis Management education library. That is a normal link to another website and nothing about you is passed with it.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary web server records of requests, such as the page requested, the time, and the network address the request came from. That is standard infrastructure logging used to serve and secure the site.
In the store
This policy covers this website only. What happens at the counter is separate. Store staff inspect a valid government-issued photo ID before a cannabis purchase. Ask in the store how identification checks and any point-of-sale records are handled.
Changes
If this site starts collecting anything, this page changes at the same time and the date above changes with it.
