It is legal in New York for adults 21 years or older to possess 3 ounces of cannabis and 24 grams of cannabis concentrate, which covers edibles and oil. That is the figure the Office of Cannabis Management publishes, and it is the same figure everywhere in the state.

Like alcohol, only adults 21 years of age or older may possess and use adult-use cannabis in New York. The Office of Cannabis Management states that all of its consumer resources are intended for individuals 21 and over. Bring a government-issued photo ID.
